Cells are our inspiration. To create a culture that thrives, we looked to cell behaviour and tried to grasp a cell’s basic needs. We understood that a cell is an ecosystem in and of itself that becomes a part of another bigger ecosystem.

Self-organization:  Each team member enjoys full flexibility in how they go about making their highest possible contribution for incredible financial results at Groupe Diversico. They achieve this through a division of labour among them and their colleagues.

Self-monitoring: All team members have full independence in delivering on their promises. They report only to themselves and those they’ve made promises to —no one else.

Self-motivation: Every team member finds their own sources of motivation; there aren’t any expectations but their own pushing them to work at maximum capacity.

Self-accountability: Every team member places themselves at the centre of what they do, who they are and what comes their way. They never blame their situation, circumstances or others for what’s in front of them. They make their own decisions and always assume full responsibility for them.
